It was a competitive quotation and the work was completed satisfactorily. The reason I gave them a 5star review is that they were the only company (out of 7 quotations) that listened to what I wanted and provided me with as near a match as possible.
The whole installation process was completed and signed off with some very helpful guys doing the work. It turned out that I had room for one more solar panel than was originally planned for and they had no problem in accommodating the change of order.
Also, I raised a slight problem (as I saw it) with two of the panels and their fixings, but I did a bit of DIY and fixed that without any hassle making the changes, or from the engineer- who had the option of objecting, but didn't - and congratulated me on the DIY fix.
I like employing people who listen to common-sense alternatives and don't put obstacles in the way of changing things for the better. I would definitely recommend the solar panel section of this company. I cannot comment on the boiler side, except to say that all contacts were initially made through them, and I found them to be both friendly and helpful.
